When lead is the problem, garlic is the answer

Lead exposure, particularly in children, stunts their IQ.  Even the smallest amount of lead is toxic to the brain.  Lead-based paint that chips off old houses and gets into small children poses a problem.  Natural antidotes are vitamin C, garlic and vitamin B1 (thiamin).  [Drug Chemical Toxicology July 2016; Biometals April 2010]
