Poor diets are the biggest risk factor for poor health

Nothing new here.  Diet-related diseases outweigh all other risk factors for health says a recent report, more than tobacco use, alcohol abuse and drug misuse.  The world has largely solved its hunger problem but traded it for consumption of processed foods and sugary beverages that resulted in obesity.
