How do the baby boomers fare nutritionally?

Well, the Baby Boomers consume less vitamin C (89 vs. 100 mg), less water (1001 vs. 1208 grams), and vegetables (199 vs. 229 grams less than the previous generation.  Baby Boomers consume more calories (2118/1999/day), more fat (82 vs. 76 grams), more salt (3513 vs. 3291 milligrams) than the prior generation.  However, we must warn, this report was based upon NHANES data, which is notoriously inaccurate.
