Drug executive promises his company won’t rip off customers any more.

Really?  Allergan CEO Brent Saunders, confessing his company participated in ghastly price increases in the past, says his company will limit price increases to single-digits.

According to an LA Times report, Allergan sells 30 capsules of its (ineffective) Namenda XR drug for about $440.   An older generic version of Namenda (also ineffective) sells for $20.  [LA TIMES Sept 8, 2016]  The ineffectiveness is well documented. [Center4Research.org; Consumer Reports]
