Avoid colostrum if you have prostate cancer

Colostrum is a mother’s first milk.  As sourced from cow’s, it is sold as an immune-boosting dietary supplement.  Urologist Dr. Snuffy Myers reminds us however that colostrum has a lot of growth factors in it to grow a new offspring.  A patient of Dr. Myers submitted a chart showing the sudden steep rise in his PSA (prostate specific antigen) test upon taking colostrum.  I don’t think occasional use poses problems.
